As the owners of Train Me 24/7, Savannah's premier personal training company, Drew and Shazi Edmonds have been transforming the mind, body and spirit of their clients for nearly two decades.  This fitness duo is most recognizable from their role on the popular Style Network show, Ruby, where they served as Ruby Gettinger’s personal trainers for three seasons.  They have also been seen working with Savannah's celebrity chef, Paula Deen, as they trained her on the Food Network and prior to her appearance on Dancing with the Stars.   Most recently, this fitness duo had the pleasure of training six cast members of the Baywatch movie, including the very fit Zac Efron.

Now, using the success and notoriety they have received, as well as their strong relationships garnered through their large personal training clientele, they are proud to introduce Savannah’s premiere boutique gym, FIT, where the aim will be to provide an upscale fitness facility perfect for any "body" regardless of fitness level.  

FIT offers a comfortable, high-tech facility with exquisite interior and innovative design like no other. Members can enjoy cutting-edge fitness equipment and innovative private and small group classes with the support of experienced and certified trainers.  FIT’s spacious interior and spa-like atmosphere make getting fit a truly inspiring adventure.

The mission of FIT is to help clients become healthier by increasing their fitness levels and modifying their nutritional intake. This one-of-a-kind gym aims to promote good health by making exercising more pleasant, and healthy eating easy, as well as enjoyable. Due to a limited membership base, FIT will guarantee its members the time, attention and space they need to accomplish any goal along their journey.
